Highly recommend this place I’ve been going for about 2 years now and my fur babies absolutely LOVE everything they get from here. I don’t know what I’d do without the big bully stick, my girl makes short work of most chews and treats but these take her HOURS. I can give her special treats from here guilt free knowing most things are limited ingredient at the dried treat bar. The dog bed also came from unleashed and she loves it.

Unleashed is the epitome of what a local specialty store should be! The entire staff is extremely helpful and nice. Plus you can really tell that they're animal lovers. As far as the store itself goes I would have to say that they only carry the most premium items that will delight and spoil your pet. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Went to wash my pup here! Great experience! Since it wasn’t busy, I had all the time I needed. The staff is sooo sweet and accommodating! My boy did not like the dryer but we got the job done! They have all you need to bathe your fur babies but you can bring your own. I’ll definitely be back! #tellemGabbbSentYa

Love this store! They have the best treats that my dog loves, and also have a great selection of high quality dog foods and toys. The staff is super helpful as well and welcome you to bring your pet into the store with you! I included pictures of my pup enjoying some of their products!

My wife went into this store awhile ago looking for some supplements because our puppy had gotten sick. We have been beside ourselves trying everything, we bonded so close with him but the puppy wasn't getting any better. The vet had put us on Hill Science Diet and it didnt help at all. When my wife went in she explained to one of the workers, who's name she believes was Levi, (it was awhile ago sorry), and had explained our situation. Levi talked her through everything in detail and explained the ingredients in the foods and guided her through the store explaining the options. Eventually she decided in addition to getting supplements, to come home with new food too per Levi's recommendation. I was skeptical at first but the puppy's skin cleared up and he put on weight and has more energy and is overall a whole new dog. My wife hasn't stopped talking to people about her experience there so I wanted to make sure y'all get the recognition you deserve. You've made all the difference. My wife was too embarrassed to put in a review and didn't know what to say, so I decided to just write down what she has been having to everyone else about. 😅 P.s. Also personal thank you for being there for my puppy and for the love of my life when I couldn't be

Love love love this places. Lots of healthy choices with knowledgeable help and employees that get how to approach other animals. This places mission seems to be to improve the life and health of both pets and their owners. Believe it or not you also get MORE bang for your buck here compared to the big box stores and no toxic treats to scipher through. My fave to find healthy and fun things, even mind stimulating toys. Our 4 cats and puppy agree they are very happy and weREALLY HOPE TO ADD THE 3 kittens up for adoption to create a fuller circle of love. I so do appreciate tht they work with several adoption centers. All of ours are rescues and none of us could be happier! Thanks unleashed

Unleashed is AMAZING. As a first time dog mom, I have had many questions when it comes to a lot (most) things, and the staff at Unleashed have helped guide me along the way. They are extremely knowledgeable about many topics, including nutrition/treats, dietary additions/supplements, play...just to name a few! Dorian was especially amazing each time I have come in. She knows exactly where to direct me and ALWAYS has life changing tips and tricks. I am so grateful to have you guys in our lives, and we will be back again, and again, and again. In addition to being able to clearly and effectively answer my questions, the products they carry are wonderfully high quality. Unleashed chooses to offer different food, treats, and supplements (huge shout out to raw goat milk!) that are produced by companies who are especially mindful of when and how ingredients are sourced and included, and that means a lot to someone who takes great care and intentionality in choosing daily nutrition. The toys and enrichment activities are absolutely fantastic, too! My puppy loves everything she has ever had from Unleashed. Again, and I can't stress this enough, this place is amazing. A great place to shop for your cats, dogs and other pets. Customer service is great. It is a locally owned store, they have about 7 stores in the area. The owners are very nice. They test everything and are very picky about what products they sell. They have dog parties and donate to rescues and shelters.

What a wonderful store and fantastic service! Levi was so helpful as I have just adopted a pup and have had quite a few questions about the best products for him. She was so patient and spent quite a bit of time helping me find just what I needed! She also had some fantastic training tips which I so appreciated !! I live over an hour away and will definite be back !

My wife and I came into Unleashed for the first time yesterday and had the best time. We were greeted right as we walked through the door and it was refreshing compared to a lot of other pet stores in Raleigh. My lab has a lot of sensitivities/allergies and Bridget was super helpful in helping us find treats my dog could actually eat! She answered all of our questions and also educated us on pet nutrition. She informed us about a lot of things we didn’t even know and talked to us about potentially switching our dogs food. Her kindness made our first experience at Unleashed spectacular and we will definitely be back in with our dog next time to invest in a new food. I am recommending Unleashed to all my friends and neighbors, they have the best selection and staff in Raleigh!
